Is there a minimum budget to work with you?
Our engagements typically start around $10,000. Every event is different, so tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.
How do you charge for your services?
Pricing depends on your event, its scope, and what’s involved in bringing it together. It’s usually either a flat rate or a percentage of your programme cost, and we’ll walk you through exactly what applies to your event after our first call.
What do your event services include?
When you work with Ofelia, we run your corporate event from start to finish, scaling the detail work to whatever you need. That includes venues, entertainment, lodging, food and beverage, logistics, invitations, guest list management and additional on-site staff.

How do I pay for a booking?
We offer flexible payment options from a deposit with a payment plan to paying in full upfront.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the vendors and venues involved, so those details are specific to your contract. Rescheduling tends to be more flexible.
How far in advance should we start event planning?
Multi-day corporate events and larger guest counts take more lead time to plan well. That said, we’ve also pulled together events on short notice, as little as two weeks. Reach out, and we’ll tell you what’s realistic for your event.
